F.A. Approach Modus Chief
The FA were dealt a cruel blow yesterday after their first choice target for the poisition vacated by Steve McClaren turned down their approach. Brian Barwick called Neilos midday on thursday just hours after the sacking of Steve McClaren, but of course, Neil was in bed. Brian later visited Neilos' house to discuss a compensation package for Modus FC, but talks broke down because Barwick rebuffed Neilos' attempts to rename the nation team "The England Meercats"
With Neilos unwilling to continue talks, the FA have no choice but to look elsewhere in their search for a new boss.
